• The enrollment fee is non-refundable but can be adjusted against your first plan purchase
• Course access and features vary based on your subscription plan (Free, Certificate, or Premium VIP)
• Prices for plans and courses are subject to change with prior notice
• Payment must be made through our authorized payment gateway
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our courses and content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any course content
• You may not share your account access with others
• You may not download or record course materials except where explicitly permitted
• You may not use the content for commercial purposes
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

• Certificates are available only to users with Certificate Plan or Premium VIP plan
• To earn a certificate, you must complete all course requirements and assessments
• Certificates are issued in digital format and can be downloaded from your account
• Certificates remain valid as long as your account is active
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates for violation of these terms

All content on Wit Reach, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the property of Wit Reach or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use any content from our platform without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
