1. Enrollment Fee (₹99)

Non-Refundable

The one-time enrollment fee of ₹99 is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee is charged at the time of account registration to activate your enrollment privileges.

Good News: Your enrollment fee will be automatically adjusted against your first plan purchase (Certificate Plan or Premium VIP).

2. Certificate Plan (₹999)

Non-Refundable

The Certificate Plan purchase is non-refundable. Once purchased, you cannot request a refund for this plan.

Important: We encourage you to carefully review the plan features and ensure it meets your needs before purchasing. You can view detailed plan information on our pricing page.

3. Premium VIP Plan (₹9,999)

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Premium VIP plan purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

Refund Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Your account must not have violated any terms of service
  • You must not have completed more than 25% of any course
  • You must not have downloaded more than 3 certificates

Note: After the 7-day period, the Premium VIP plan becomes non-refundable. The plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible Premium VIP plan purchase, please follow these steps:

Include your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request

Wait for Review

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

Receive Refund

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Review Time: 3-5 business days to review your refund request
  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days to process approved refunds
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depends on your bank)

Total Time: Please allow up to 15-20 business days for the complete refund process.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Enrollment fee (₹99)
  • Certificate Plan purchases
  • Premium VIP plan after 7 days of purchase
  • Individual course purchases (if applicable)
  • Any promotional or discounted purchases
  • Gift cards or vouchers

7. Cancellation Policy

Plan Cancellation

  • Free Plan users can delete their account at any time
  • Certificate Plan users can request account deletion, but no refund will be provided
  • Premium VIP users can cancel within 7 days for a full refund
  • After 7 days, Premium VIP remains active for the full one-year period with no refund available

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team at support@witreach.com. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
